Services

  • Harm reduction approach
  • Overdose prevention site located here
  • Shared Care Clinical Services Outreach Team – a partnership with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Consists of nurses, outreach workers, family physicians and psychiatrists. Helps homeless/under housed people with mental health issues and/or addictions find long-term supports for their illness and refers them to appropriate resources. Can be accessed here, or at 3 other locations: (Adelaide Resource Centre for Women at 67 Adelaide St. East, Metropolitan United Church at 56 Queen St. East and Woodgreen Community Services at 650 Queen St. East).
