Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 national service offering bilingual (English and French) professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people.
Kids Help Phone’s e-mental health services include phone, text/message and online chat support. Our one-to-one services are free and available in English and French. And, our phone service is also offered in Arabic with the help of Arabic-speaking interpreters. Each time you reach out, you’ll be interacting with a different counsellor or crisis responder.
