The Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention (Black CAP) is Canada’s largest Black specific AIDS service organization. Their mission is to work in Toronto’s African, Caribbean and Black (ACB) communities to:
Black CAP runs a number of different community outreach programs. These provide things like:
Other program highlights include the AYA Project, which distributes food aid packages to low-income ACB households in Toronto, and the Circle of Care initiative.
While not all programs are a fit for everybody, Black CAP does offer programs for youth living with HIV and affected youth, including, MSM youth, newcomers, refugees, LGBTQ youth, and women.
