4 Villages
4 Villages is a non-profit, community governed, primary health care agency. Since 1991 they have been providing health care services and programs to individuals and families living in West Toronto. Many of their services and programs focus on the needs of seniors, families with young children (particularly newcomers) and youth, they include:
- Regular medical check-ups and health exams
- Treatment and prevention of illness and ongoing conditions
- Counselling for mental health and addictions
- Physiotherapy for treatment of joint pain, challenges moving, pain after injury or illness or ongoing conditions
- Occupational therapy to help with problems managing day to day living because of complications from injury, illness, or developmental/physical challenges
- Nutrition assessment, counselling and monitoring of healthy eating and managing ongoing conditions
