Fred Victor is a social service charitable organization that fosters long-lasting and positive change in the lives of homeless and low- income people living across Toronto.

Along with a number of housing-related services, Fred Victor also offers General Health, Mental Health, Harm Reduction, and Employment services. They have a number of programs and locations across the GTA.
