Text says Teen Health Source is available for youth of all ages. Below that are icons for a laptop, a ringing phone, and a smartphone texting.

Under 13? Over 19? Teen Health Source is available for youth of all ages!

We know it’s hard to access sexual health supports right now. To help, we’re opening up our info line to answer questions for youth outside of the 13-29 age range. Our team is available 5 days a week (Mon to Thurs: 4:00-9:00,  Sat: 12:00-5:00) to answer your questions about sexual health, puberty, relationships, bodies, sexual pleasure, gender, orientation, pregnancy, birth control, STIs, and more!

  • Text reads "5 Questions with Brhan, former THS volunteer." Below is a quote that reads "I liked the idea of learning more about sexuality and helping out other people" The background is green, and there's a picture of George Constanza.

5 Questions with Brhan, a former THS Volunteer!

Did you know that Teen Health Source has been around for 25 years! To help celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we’re checking in with some of our previous volunteers. Today we’re hearing from Brhan!

  • On the left is green text that reads "So Your First Time was bad..." On the right are 2 figures in bed with question marks around their heads. The background is white.

So your “First Time” was bad…

First Times having sex are supposed to be glorious and magical, right? But what if yours was awkward or underwhelming? That’s okay, and actually pretty normal! Check out our OpEd column on First Times written by one of our Peer Sexual Health Educators!

  • Great Resource: Safer Sex for Trans Bodies

We’re so so so stoked about Safer Sex for Trans Bodies, a fantastic new resource from The HRC Foundation and Whitman-Walker Health.
